From a humble soybean field to an evolving hub for innovation, DASEF’s campus is growing into a center for STEM education and environmental exploration. With support from community partners, we’re continuing to build the Delaware Discovery Center, expanding outdoor exhibits like the Galaxy Garden and Marsh Walkway, and continuing our mission to inspire wonder.

Aerospace Academy

In operation since 1990, the objective of the Delaware Aerospace Academy is to provide applied learning experiences through our Destination academies in related activities and fields. Throughout the week, students in grades 2 – 10 are continually challenged to think, create, solve, build, and work cooperatively. All academies are designed to integrate STEM using Earth, Science and Space Education as the unifying framework.

School & Community Programs

DASEF offers a wide variety of programs and events for children, community groups, educators, and anyone looking to make science education and exploration a part of their life, such as: Field Trips for Schools, Outreach Programs, STEM-themed Parties, monthly Science Explorations, and much more. Plus, almost all of our programs are customizable to your needs!
