Dancing Arts Center provides world-class instruction in classical ballet, modern dance, tap, jazz, improvisation, and choreography. Our faculty includes life-long professionals from around the world. Dancing Arts Center offers a variety of professional performance opportunities including The Nutcracker at The Norwood Theatre, Youth America Grand Prix, and our annual Spring Concert. Our exceptional programs provide a foundation for dance that promotes physical, intellectual, and artistic growth.

Dancing Arts Center believes in a serious yet nurturing dance education for all our students, whether they are aspiring professionals or not. All students are encouraged at Dancing Arts Center, and our small class size fosters careful and progressive development of each student’s artistry and technique. Our students’ dance skills can blossom in a variety of ways, and their love for and devotion to the art of dance can peak at different times, but the enthusiasm and joy that each student experiences is a result of his or her own effort and achievements.

While some Dancing Arts Center alumni have gone on to continue dancing in college programs and professional dance companies including American Ballet Theater and Cincinnati Ballet, others have pursued a variety of careers such as photography, web design, and finance. Our students’ dance education shapes their perspective of life so that they are prepared for whatever opportunities may arise in their futures.
