Number Verification Rules
Registration number is permanent — can never be changed or deleted
All numbers must be re-verified every 2 months via OTP
Email reminders sent every 5 days starting 1 month before expiry
Registration number expired → entire account blocked, all profiles hidden
Profile number expired → only that profile becomes inactive
Profile numbers can be changed/replaced with new OTP-verified number
If Account Gets Blocked
You cannot login or access your dashboard
All profiles hidden from public — clients cannot see your listings
Send unblock request to [email protected] or use the form on login page
After admin unblocks → you get 2 days to verify all numbers
If not verified in 2 days → account blocked again automatically
