SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of successful recruitment efforts at Cresco Equipment Rentals. Your primary responsibility is to manage the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of training and development programs for company employees through our Cresco University. Use needs assessment tools to determine the effectiveness of proposed training programs. As needed, interacts with and assists corporate management to develop specifications for content of specific courses. Conducts follow up to determine applicability of course material. Additionally, maintain and provide external training as needed.

Your primary responsibility is to administer the training for all newly hired and current Cresco drivers in the following areas, but not limited to:
Additionally, with the guidance of our Safety Manager you will be responsible to ensure that Cresco is in compliance in areas related to maintaining a fleet of delivery trucks (i.e. truck permits, municipal regulations, electronic log books, DOT training, etc.) and to provide annual DOT training.
