Grantees of the Couch Family Foundation are at the core of our collective efforts to improve outcomes for young children in the Upper Valley, across New Hampshire and on Martha’s Vineyard.

Grantee Portal

Your primary resources as a grantee are your account within our portal,  your Program Partner, and our Grant & Finance Administrator.

Log in to the Portal

Please use your account to:

  • Keep your contacts updated: Visit Organization history to review and maintain your organization record. Here you will find your organization information, request history and contacts. If there are leadership or staffing changes, please contact us. It is important to keep your organization contact and address records current so the right people receive automatic reminders and can upload reports and other documents as needed.
  • Review your reporting due dates which are noted in the portal in your Active Requests tab under Follow Up Forms. When your grant is approved and awarded, our portal system automatically assigns reporting due dates based on your grant amount and award time period. You will receive email reminders from our system in advance of due dates.
  • Upload files in the Follow Up Forms section of your Active Requests. You may be asked to upload a Letter of Acknowledgement or a full copy of the signed Project Grant Agreement.

Program Partner

Your Program Partner is identified in your application during the review stage and in your grant award letter. They are your resource for:

  • Questions about your application, award, or reporting dates and guidelines
  • Sharing successes or opportunities
