Coronation's construction arm delivers what our development business designs. Tier-one residential, mixed-use projects, built in-house with direct accountability for programme, cost, and quality.

The same people are involved from the first structural drawing to the final fitout. Design intent stays intact. Commercial discipline stays close to the work. Quality is owned by the team building it, not inherited by one that wasn't in the room.

WHAT WE BUILD
High-density residential
Multi-storey residential construction from 10 to 50+ storeys, built to the standards of long-term ownership — not short-term sale.
Build-to-rent communities
Purpose-built rental buildings delivered for long-term operation by Nation. Construction shaped around hospitality-grade service and 25+ year hold.
Mixed-use precincts
Complex urban projects combining residential, retail, commercial, hotel and public realm — delivered in staged sequences that keep precincts active through construction.
HOW WE BUILD
01 — Integrated from the first sketch
The construction team is involved in feasibility, buildability reviews and tender packaging well before documentation is complete. By the time we break ground, cost, programme and method are locked down — not discovered.
02 — Direct trade relationships
We hold long-term relationships with key trades and suppliers across Australia and internationally. That means continuity of crews, consistency of quality, and pricing that reflects real partnership s.
03 — Staged delivery on live precincts
Most of our projects sit on sites that stay active through construction — shared streets, occupied tenancies, heritage fabric, live retail. Staged sequencing and community management are built into how we plan the programme.
04 — Aligned to long-term hold
On all our projects, we build for the longer term — not a handover and walkaway. Materiality, serviceability, and systems are specified for durability.
Great precincts rely on great construction. The complexity of urban regeneration demands a delivery capability that understands scale, sequencing and long-term performance. That integration allows us to execute complex projects with precision, consistency and uncompromising quality.

SAFETY

Safety is the foundation of everything we build. We operate under a rigorous safety management framework designed to protect our people, partners, contractors and the communities around our sites. Across high-density structures and complex mixed-use environments, industry-leading practices, continuous training and proactive risk management are applied at every stage of construction.

Sites are governed by robust WHS frameworks, real-time risk assessment and teams empowered to make safe decisions. Because great places are built not only with craft and ambition, but with the wellbeing of every person at the centre. The commitment is simple and uncompromising: everyone goes home safe, every day.

SUSTAINABILTIY

Construction has one of the largest environmental footprints of any industry. We're working to reduce ours — through low-carbon concrete mixes, construction waste diversion targets, energy-efficient site operations, and partnerships with suppliers on materials with verified environmental credentials.

On active sites we currently track: construction waste diversion to landfill, water use, and operational energy.
