Managing efficient processes and dynamic markets
Basic industries are at the beginning of an increasingly dynamic supply chain. On the one hand, strong fluctuations in price and availability of raw materials have to be managed. On the other hand, there is a partly strong dependence on cyclical industries. As energy-intensive industries, stricter regulations in the field of CO2 accounting and sustainability define new, challenging framework conditions.
The industry is focusing on optimizing the use of raw materials and increasing productivity in value-adding processes. This is complemented by closer supplier collaboration, diversification in the supply chain or continued automation in vertical integration and plant connectivity for ongoing process monitoring. Innovations are sought in the areas of customer experience / customer service, delivery time reductions and energy optimization.
concircle has been involved in the digitalization of core processes in sales, product data configuration, planning and production execution for well-known customers and can demonstrate expertise and industry-specific solutions in these areas. RFID solutions and mobile processes in the warehouse were implemented as well as fully integrated solutions for production control.
