Discovered tonight that I can do more with my bare hand than I can do with a crop. I'm not going to lie, this makes me happy. The hand print I left behind was fantastic to see.

Pretty sure I managed to pinch a nerve in my back doing dead lifts this morning. Good times. In other news, I feel like I have been run over by a car. Or perhaps beaten about the lower back with a tire iron.
