Phil is a serial entrepreneur and business leader with over 17 years of experience across marketing, sales, product development, and technology. As the CEO of Certinal, he leads the company’s mission to redefine digital trust through enterprise-grade eSignature, eConsent, and compliance innovation.

Before joining Certinal, Phil served as Vice President, Global GTM at HighRadius, a fintech unicorn recognized in the Forbes Cloud 100 for five consecutive years. He also held leadership roles at Ninjacart, where he built a national commodity trading desk and a global trust network connecting farmers, retailers, and consumers through digital transparency.

Earlier, Phil was Chief Business Officer at Quant Commune, a prop-tech venture by RMZ Corp, where he led the creation of MEX, a digital platform transforming real estate assets into smart, connected communities. He also founded two successful ventures, ValueCart (a Y Combinator–backed re-commerce company) and Platify (a commerce Super-App later acquired by RMZ Corp).

An alumnus of IIM Calcutta with a degree in Computer Science & Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad, Phil is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. His leadership combines a passion for scaling ventures with deep expertise in product strategy, digital transformation, and go-to-market execution.
