Central Virginia Partnership Celebrates L3Harris Expansion in Orange County
Governor Abigail Spanberger and L3Harris (formerly Aerojet Rocketdyne) announced the expansion of their solid rocket motor fuel production facility in Orange County, with a $1.27 billion investment, creating 350 jobs. L3Harris provided components for NASA's recent Artemis mission, and their products are used in Tomahawks and Patriot Inteceptors.
