Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Complaints
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email or post). You may also use the official EU model withdrawal form shown below, but this is not mandatory.
You may also cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Return period
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the goods.
Refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs of the original shipment (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied valid proof of return shipment with trackable confirmation, whichever occurs first.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Return conditions
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The customer bears the risk of the return shipment until it has been received by us.
- Please include your full name and order number inside the parcel.
- If reasonably possible, return the goods in their original packaging.
Important – sealed products (health & hygiene)
All products we sell are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
If the seal is broken (for example by opening a bottle or inner packaging), we cannot accept the product for return and no refund can be issued.
Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery so we can provide a suitable solution.
International returns
- We strongly recommend using trackable shipping.
- Mark the parcel as “Return” on the customs declaration to avoid additional import charges.

After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation. We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days. If more time is required, we will inform you within this period and provide an indication of when you can expect a substantive response.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you may also submit your dispute for resolution through the European Commission’s consumer redress platform: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en .
We are currently not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
