No. Catch-A-Predator is designed as a one-time-use application and removes itself after use. It does not remain installed on the system.

No. Catch-A-Predator does not track users, create accounts, collect personal information, or retain usage data. Red Stapler Inc. does not monitor who downloads or uses the software.

Scan results are not stored, logged, or retained by Catch-A-Predator or Red Stapler Inc. Results exist only on the user’s system unless the user chooses to export them.

If indicators are found, Catch-A-Predator allows the user to export results in a CSV (spreadsheet) format for their own records or use at their discretion.

If selected by the user, results can be sent via email to an address chosen by the user. The email feature functions as a user-initiated passthrough only. Red Stapler Inc. does not receive a copy of the email and does not log or retain any email data.

No. Catch-A-Predator does not transmit data, initiate reports, or contact authorities.

No. Any decision about what to do with results is entirely up to the user and must comply with applicable local laws.
