Led by Graham Soult, a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management (FIPM), we are passionate about supporting and improving retail and high streets, and using our platform to shine a light on those inspiring stories.
Our consultancy works directly with national and independent retailers, as well as with place leaders such as commercial landlords, local authorities, and business improvement districts (BIDs).
With many years of expertise and on-the-ground activity in towns and cities nationwide, we have a track record of having a positive, tangible impact in the places where we work.

Where we work
Our base is in Gateshead in North East England, but we travel widely to work with high streets and clients all over the UK and beyond. Recent work has taken us from Northern Ireland to Lincolnshire, and Plymouth to Paisley.
