The security of our products and network solutions is a top priority at BlueOptics. As a brand of CBO GmbH, we are committed to continuously ensuring the integrity and cyber resilience of our optical transceivers. In accordance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), we have established this central channel to transparently manage security risks and coordinate the reporting of vulnerabilities.

Our Support Commitment:

We guarantee a support and security monitoring period of 10 years from the date of purchase for all products placed on the market under the BlueOptics brand. During this period, we accept reports of potential vulnerabilities, analyze them without delay, and initiate appropriate remedial measures where necessary.
