• How do I clean my jewellery?

  It's important to keep your jewellery clean and well-maintained to ensure that it remains in tip-top condition. Simply wash your jewellery with warm water and a gentle hand soap, using a cloth or soft bristled brush to remove any grime and dirt from the crevices.

  Sterling silver and low carats of gold jewellery can tarnish over time. This is easy enough to clean and only involves a simple jewellery cleaning cloth designed for precious metals. After a quick polish, rinse the jewellery and carefully dry to achieve a beautiful shine.

• How do I know what size ring to buy?

  A ring should fit snugly on your chosen finger, easily sliding over the knuckle without feeling too loose. Take a look at our useful ring size guide which provides information on how to measure your finger at home. Alternatively, simply pop into one of our jewellery shops to have your finger measured by one of our experts.

• What finance options do you have?

  We have a range of finance providers to help you to spread the cost and purchase the jewellery of your dreams.

  We work with V12 Retail Finance who offer flexible finance terms up to 5 years on orders of £350 and over.

  We also offer Klarna as an interest-free payment option, where you can choose to pay in 30 days or three equal instalments. PayPal customers, meanwhile, can pay with PayPal Credit, which offers 0% APR interest-free credit for four months on orders over £99.

• Do you offer a guarantee when I buy jewellery online?

  Every Beaverbrooks product includes a Beaverbrooks warranty, which covers you against any manufacturing or design faults for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  Designer jewellery brands may offer their own warranties, the timeframes for which will depend on the brand and product.
