BAGI Home-A-Rama (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Location Data (Precise, Approximate & Background)
What We Collect: Your precise GPS location (latitude and longitude), approximate location (coarse), and background location when the app is not actively in use.
How We Collect It: Through device location services when you view the interactive map, enable proximity notifications, or navigate to properties. Background location is used to monitor proximity even when the app is minimized or closed.
Why We Collect It: To display your position on the map, trigger proximity notifications (within 300 meters of a listed home), calculate navigation distances, and enable geofencing alerts.
Prominent Disclosure: This app accesses your location in the background. Background location is used solely to send proximity alerts when you are within 300 meters of a listed home. This data is processed on-device and via our secure Supabase backend. Your location is never sold or shared with third parties.
Retention: Real-time location data is processed immediately and is not permanently stored on our servers.
Your Control: You can enable or disable location permissions at any time via your device Settings. Tracking stops immediately when permission is revoked.
2.2 Health Data
This app does not collect, store, or process any health-related data.
2.3 Notification Permissions
Purpose: To send proximity alerts when you are near a listed home, upcoming event reminders, and schedule change notifications.
Control: Managed via device Settings. You can opt out at any time.
