Job description
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
• Managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring the achievement of established goals and KPIs.
• Identifying opportunities and presenting customized solutions that add value, with an emphasis on systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Thomson Reuters.
• Building and managing a sales pipeline, keeping information updated in the CRM.
• Conducting presentations of the company's portfolio and solutions to prospects and clients.
• Negotiating contracts and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment between the interests of the company and the client.
• Maintaining a close relationship with the client base, promoting retention and upselling/cross-selling.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitoring market trends and the competition, identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence.
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales to medium and large companies, especially in external technology solutions for SAP, Oracle, Thomson, or similar ERP/enterprise management systems.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Proven experience in consulting with a minimum of 8 years.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a sound environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in consultative sales and/or complex solutions.
• Fluency in English.
