Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty fees. After cancellation, automatic renewals are stopped, and no further charges will apply. Remaining unused credits stay available in your account.

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase – for any reason. This applies to all paid products: subscriptions and Credit Packs.

The only condition: A maximum of 5% of the purchased credits may have been used, up to an absolute maximum of 100 credits. Example: On the Business subscription (2,000 credits), you can use up to 100 credits and still receive a full refund.
