Frequently asked questions
How much does a fishing charter cost at AMI charters?
AMI Charters fishing trips start at $600 for a half-day inshore charter. Full-day, nearshore, and tarpon charters are priced higher depending on trip length. Visit our Book Now page or call (941) 348-2035 for exact pricing and availability.
How many people can go on a fishing charter?
Our charters accommodate up to 6 guests per boat. We offer private charters only — your group will never be combined with strangers. This ensures a personalized experience for families, couples, and groups of friends.
What do we need to bring with us for our Saltwater Adventure?
Layers/Rain Jackets – Mornings can be cool, and Florida’s afternoon showers are unpredictable.
Sun Protection – Long-sleeve UV shirts, hats, and sunglasses are highly recommended.

Snacks – Light snacks or sandwiches are great! We kindly ask you to avoid chocolate or messy foods.
Phone Protection – A Ziplock bag or waterproof case is ideal for taking photos worry-free.
Important Medications – Don’t forget Epi-pens, inhalers, or any essential prescriptions.
Photo ID
Towels – Especially helpful if your adventure includes time at one of our scenic sandbars!
