Intake Request Form

At Almost There Rescue, we specialize in rescuing pregnant dogs, nursing moms, and young puppies. Due to our mission and resources, we are only able to accept dogs that meet these criteria.

If you’ve found a dog or need to surrender one that does not fit these guidelines, please refer to our resources guide for alternative options.

For dogs that do meet our intake criteria, please fill out our Intake Request form. Intake availability depends on space and resources, and our team will reach out if we are able to help.

If you do not receive a response, it means we are at capacity and unable to take in additional dogs at this time. We encourage you to explore these additional rescues for further support.
