In 2010 we had a home that needed a roof washed. We hired a local company who just did not know how to safely wash it. After that bad experience we researched roof and siding washing and started with one employee. Now 16 years later we have washed over 15,000 homes in the area. We are a small family owned business. David and Debbie Hamel are the owners and our son Chad is our General Manager. We are committed to maintain a standard of excellence by providing remarkable customer service and using superior equipment and cleaners that provide you with a home that is sparkling clean.

As owners they are involved in the daily operation to ensure exemplary service, outstanding workmanship, and a high- quality product that adds value to your home.
David and Debbie have lived in the Lynchburg area since graduating from Liberty University in the early 1980’s. Prior to opening All Washed Up and All Sealed Up, David built and operated local hotels, and Debbie was an elementary school teacher.

Meet Our Team
David - Owner, CEO
David Hamel, owner, will provide friendly and exceptional customer service as he carefully evaluates all your washing needs. He deeply cares and values each customer, and it shows as he walks you through the process. David enjoys being a “Papa” to his grandchildren, grilling/smoking meats for family and friends and is active in his church.
Chad – General Manager
Chad has personal knowledge of all the workings of both companies as he is the owners’ son. He worked in the company during high school and college. After graduation he married his wife Sarah and worked outside Atlanta as a project manager. In 2021 he returned home to take over as General Manager of All Washed Up.
Randi - Office Manager/Scheduler
As the office manager at All Washed Up, she embodies our company’s voice, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. With a focus on efficiency and a passion for creating a welcoming environment, she strives to support our team’s success every day.
Zach – Territory Manager
Zach is a dedicated Territory Manager who goes above and beyond for every customer. He will carefully inspect and assess all your washing needs, discuss the estimate in detail, and gladly answer any questions. When he isn’t working, Zach enjoys CrossFit and spending quality time with his wife, two daughters, and baby boy
Jesse – Territory Manager
Jesse has an extensive background in service management and joined our team in 2022. Very knowledgeable and engaging, he will carefully inspect and assess all your washing needs, discuss the estimate in detail, and gladly answer any questions. When he isn’t working, Jesse enjoys time with his wife and two children, riding motorcycles, and is involved with a local church.
Erica – Business Development/Commercial Sales
Erica is the Business Development and Commercial Sales Representative for All Washed Up. With previous outside sales experience in both the wireless communications and metal building industries, she brings a relationship-focused approach and a passion for helping clients find the right solutions for their properties. She enjoys building strong partnerships with business owners and property managers while helping them maintain and enhance their investments. Outside of work, she is a wife and proud mom of two teenage boys. When she’s not meeting with clients, you’ll likely find her soaking up the sunshine or spending time near the water.
Andrew – Director of Operations
Andrew has been with the company since day one. He washed the very first house. He is valuable in ways we can’t adequately express. He is mechanically inclined, can fix anything, and is composed at all times. He, his wife Jamie, and their three sons are avid kayakers.
Ryan – Master Crew Leader and Lead Trainer
With over twelve years on our team, Ryan has become the cornerstone of our exterior cleaning operations – earning the nickname “The Master Crew Leader.” His deep knowledge, skill, and experience have helped shape countless wash techs and crew leaders over the years. Ryan sets the standard for quality and teamwork, always looking out for others and pushing the whole crew to raise the bar. We’re incredibly thankful for his long-standing dedication, steady leadership, and the example he continues to set every day.
Grayson – Crew Leader
For the past four years, Grayson has been a key part of our team—growing into a strong and capable leader over the last three. Known for his upbeat personality and quick humor, he brings a fun energy to every job site while keeping things running smoothly. Grayson is the first to jump in when something needs doing, always leading by example and helping wherever he’s needed. He’s continued to expand his skills and serve our customers with excellence. As he prepares for his upcoming wedding in 2026, we’re excited to see what’s next for Grayson and proud to have him on our team.
Nate – Crew Leader
Nate brings a calm, steady presence to our team. Thoughtful and detail-oriented, he approaches every job with care and precision – making sure each box is checked and every customer is fully satisfied. While he’s not one to seek the spotlight, his quiet dependability and strong work ethic speak volumes. When the team needs an extra hand or a reliable lead, Nate is always there, ready to step up. We’re grateful for his consistency, professionalism, and the dependable service he delivers every day.
