AllenComm has done a great job eliciting customer information – course content, look and feel, key concerns – from the subject matter experts who sometimes are so familiar with their material they don’t recognize that not everyone “gets it.” They’re easy to work with and responded VERY rapidly when, after a course was approved and posted to our LMS, the big boss decided he wanted changes. Pieces of the course were reworked, re-reviewed, re-approved and it was back on-line in short order.
What I liked about working with AllenComm most was their staff. They were energetic, kind and smart. They were able to understand our content very quickly which helped us move to the planning and production quickly.

From the start, AllenComm as a company are so well structured and focused that you could easily approach without any project management knowledge and they will be more than able to guide you through the elearning creation process from start to finish. Everything is well organized and set to an agreed-upon schedule of deliverables but this does not mean there is no room for flexibility: if it is in their power, they will do their best to fix the problem or ease the situation.
AllenComm is always up to do any project I throw at them. From conversions, to voice work, to rebuilds, to SCROM wrapping – they have always gotten the job done. I love that I can rely on them as a single vendor for different needs.

AllenComm was an excellent eLearning consultant that helped us develop out our learner journey map, approach, how to get the most out of our program and identify existing resources available. They were also incredibly helpful in bringing best practice playbooks that were surprisingly relevant to our specific focus in mental wellness. This helped us build the training content where we had the expertise, but also leverage AllenComm on content development where we are weak.
