Izzy Silva.

Chief Executive Officer

Izzy Silva is a highly accomplished senior executive with a proven track record of driving transformative business growth across the APAC region. He joined Acclime in March 2024 to spearhead the transition from a founder-led company to a multinational organisation.

A strategic and people-oriented leader, Izzy is instrumental in guiding Acclime through its next phase of growth and international expansion. His expertise spans financial services, telecommunications, and accounting and tax software, with a strong focus on executing customer-driven strategies across multiple industries. Prior to his role at Acclime, Izzy was CEO of Wolters Kluwer APAC and held senior leadership positions at Equifax, Telstra, and Deloitte.

Izzy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management and Systems from Monash University. Originally from Sri Lanka, he was educated in New Zealand and Australia and spent 25 years in Australia before relocating to Singapore in 2024.

Debby Davidson.

Chief Operating Officer

Debby brings over 16 years of professional services experience. She began her career as a senior associate in the corporate finance team of a Magic Circle law firm in London and Hong Kong. In 2009, she developed and managed two separate trust and corporate services businesses: Nova Sage (an offshore incorporation service provider) and AFP Group (a trust and fiduciary service firm).

As a leader of these ventures, she drove regional expansion while achieving consistent double-digit revenue and profit growth, enhanced brand awareness, and increased market share. Her proven track record includes successful exits from both ventures in 2012 and 2015, along with extensive expertise in corporate, debt finance, capital markets, and private equity transactions. She specialises in serving ultra-high net worth families, with deep insights into wealth management and family office operations. Debby provides comprehensive guidance on corporate structures, exit strategies, succession planning, trust formation, cross-border taxation, and related commercial and private wealth matters.

Debby holds a law degree from the University of Oxford and is admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales.

Eduard Pieters.

Chief Technology Officer

Eduard has extensive experience building, managing, and transforming IT organisations across Asia, both in corporate services and other industries. As Group CTO of Meritus Group, a major Indonesian shipping and logistics company, he led the transformation of IT operations and modernised technology adoption over a six-year period.

Previously, Eduard spent 16 years at TMF Group, advancing through the global IT organisation to become Regional IT Director for APAC. In this role, he successfully led IT integrations for 16 mergers and acquisitions. He began his career in IT support and administration roles. Though Dutch by nationality, Eduard has worked extensively in the Netherlands, China, and Indonesia, and currently resides in Jakarta.

Eduard holds a bachelor’s degree in business informatics from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by professional certifications in ITIL, DevOps, Cloud, and Information Security.

Blair Lucas.

Group Commercial Director

As Group Commercial Director of Acclime, Blair oversees the company’s overall operations. From the Melbourne head office, he manages both local operations and coordinates the global business development team. Blair serves a diverse portfolio of overseas clients from South-East Asia, Greater China, UK, Europe and the USA, having acted as Company Secretary and Resident Director for more than 100 companies operating in Australia. He leverages his comprehensive understanding of the Australian corporate regulatory landscape to guide offshore companies in establishing their Australian presence.

With extensive experience in investment consulting in China, Blair is fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin. His practical expertise encompasses capital raisings, cross-border transactions, foreign investments, and corporate and commercial law. He has also served as Company Secretary for various unlisted not-for-profit and ASX-listed public companies in Australia.

Blair’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Monash University, a Diploma in Chinese Language and Culture from Nanjing University, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from Governance Institute of Australia, where he maintains active membership.

Paul Dixon.

Chief Financial Officer

Paul is a highly capable and experienced CFO, Company Secretary and Company Director. At Acclime Australia, he manages the Accounting Team from the company’s Brisbane offices. He provides outsourced CFO services to clients across various industries, oversees corporate governance and compliance, and delivers short-term consulting projects for client companies. Paul possesses extensive financial reporting expertise and comprehensive knowledge of reporting requirements and the Australian corporate regulatory environment.

With broad experience spanning finance and corporate governance roles, Paul has demonstrated success in implementing and managing systems whilst driving process improvements. He brings a commercially-minded approach and strong aptitude for diverse financial systems.

As a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia, Paul has been a qualified accountant for more than 17 years and is a registered BAS Agent. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).

Joshua Konechny.

Chief Digital Officer

With over 30 years’ experience, Joshua is a seasoned digital executive with comprehensive knowledge of the corporate services industry. He has played a pivotal role in leading Acclime’s marketing transformation, implementing digital marketing and technology-driven solutions to maintain the company’s competitive edge. As an innovator and early adopter of cutting-edge strategies, Joshua ensures that Acclime consistently exceeds client expectations in the evolving digital landscape.

Under Joshua’s leadership, Acclime’s marketing initiatives are characterised by innovation and data-driven decision-making. His forward-thinking approach has positioned the company as an industry leader, driving growth and elevating the client experience across all touch points.

Vinod Kumar.

Regional Managing Director for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia

Vinod serves as Regional Managing Director for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia at Acclime.

With over 25 years’ experience in top-tier multinational firms including Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and PwC, Vinod has held senior positions in Kuala Lumpur, London, Rotterdam and Jakarta. Before joining Acclime, he was Regional Director of TMF, overseeing Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia (including Labuan) and Indonesia. His recent focus has been helping multinational companies across various industries establish and optimise their business structures in Indonesia. Vinod excels in providing practical solutions to tax and legal challenges in a country where frequent regulatory changes pose significant hurdles for foreign investors.

Vinod holds an Accounting and Financial Management degree from the University of Sheffield and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Sujay Sen Gupta.

Managing Partner & Director for India and UAE

As the Managing Partner and Director for India and UAE at Acclime, Sujay is responsible for managing the overall operations across both regions.

With over three decades of experience in business strategy and growth consulting, Sujay collaborates with prominent multilateral agencies and foundations, including the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He has guided more than 150 companies from Europe, US, and Asia—including Fortune 1000 organisations—in establishing their Indian operations and developing emerging market strategies. As a board member for various US and European companies’ Indian subsidiaries, his expertise spans industrial, energy, construction, engineering, and consumer sectors. Additionally, he supports social initiatives in India through his work with a major foreign non-profit foundation.

Sujay holds a master’s degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.

Stefan Kracht.

Group Integration Director

Stefan is Group Integration Director. His previous company, Fiducia, merged into Acclime Group in August 2022 and formally transitioned to the Acclime brand in July 2023.

As Fiducia’s owner and Managing Director since 2012, Stefan led a team of over 100 specialists across five offices, serving hundreds of clients. Since joining in 2005, he transformed the company by implementing integrated services, technology-based delivery systems, and focusing on European owner-operated firms (USD50m-1b revenue). His prior experience includes founding and selling a Shanghai trading company, consulting at Bain & Co. London, and working at Otto Group across Hamburg, Hong Kong, and Shanghai since 1993.

Stefan holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics and a joint MBA from Kellogg (USA) and the University of Science & Technology (HK). He is a German national, fluent in English and German, and conversational in Mandarin and French. Stefan is an elected board member of the German Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and Vice-Chairman of the Management Consultancies Association of Hong Kong.

Alfred Gan.

Regional Managing Director for North Asia

Alfred Gan serves as Regional Managing Director for North Asia at Acclime, leading a team of over 200 professionals across Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen to deliver best-in-class services to clients.

With more than 15 years of experience in B2B professional services across China and Europe, Alfred previously led the Greater China division of a prominent US market research firm. Under his leadership, the organisation grew from 10 to over 250 employees while achieving significant revenue growth and enhanced market reputation.

Alfred holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School in France.

Thomas Chan.

Regional Managing Director for ASEAN

Thomas has over 20 years of experience at a Big 4 firm advising clients across Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, and Myanmar.

Currently, Thomas specialises in guiding clients’ regional investments through Singapore, offering practical solutions drawn from his deep understanding of local regulatory and business environments. His diverse client portfolio spans financial services, real estate, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Whether clients pursue greenfield investments or acquire established businesses, they rely on Thomas as a strategic partner who brings fresh insights to the Singapore market.

Thomas holds an Accounting degree from the Nanyang Technological University.

Randolph van der Burgh.

Regional Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand

Randolph’s global experience in financial services, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring, and international tax planning spans 30 years. Before merging his business into Acclime New Zealand and taking on a position as Regional Managing Director, he served as an international tax partner at Ernst & Young, advising clients across sectors including financial services, investment banking, private equity, wealth management, insurance, property, mining, dairy, forestry, FMCG, IT, retail, and entertainment.

He specialises in international tax planning, structuring domestic and cross-border property funds, infrastructure funds, mortgage funds, venture capital and private equity funds, and alternative asset investment funds, including related investment products for retail and wholesale investors. He has provided expert guidance on group restructurings, transfer pricing, structuring global supply chains, M&A deals, debt, equity and hybrid capital markets products for private equity and property funds.

Randolph serves on the board of several private investment groups and is an active venture capital investor. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (First Class Honours) degree from Victoria University, Wellington.

Miguel Latorre.

Regional Managing Director for Hong Kong, China

With over 19 years of extensive professional experience, Miguel has successfully navigated diverse business landscapes across Asia, Europe and Indonesia.

His professional journey commenced in 2006 upon relocating to Indonesia, where he served as an International Trade Adviser at the Spanish Embassy. In 2007, he established a consultancy specialising in Indonesia’s import/export sector. Miguel demonstrated his expertise in international expansion in 2010 by spearheading Southeast Asian outreach for a multinational Spanish food processing company. In 2013, he founded Global Expandia, which was subsequently acquired by Vistra in 2017.

A graduate of Boston University, Miguel holds a Master’s in Leadership and International Relations. Dedicated to continuous professional development, he enhanced his expertise through executive programmes at Harvard University, including ‘Leading Professional Service Firms’ and ‘Alternative Investments’. His journey exemplifies extensive international experience, unwavering commitment to excellence and continuous professional growth.

Eric Chen.

Managing Partner of Acclime Advisory Services, Head of Tax

Eric serves as Managing Partner of Acclime Advisory Services and Head of Tax Services. He possesses extensive experience in providing tax and business consulting services to international clients. His expertise includes advising on investment structures, establishing foreign investment enterprises in the PRC, special tax preferential treatment applications, tax ruling requests, and corporate and individual income tax planning.

Eric commenced his professional career in 2001 with the Tax and Business Advisory Division of Ernst & Young in their Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. In 2005, he joined RSM Hong Kong, where he was elevated to Partner in 2011.

As a Registered Tax Preparer with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, Eric regularly speaks on Hong Kong and China tax-related topics at prestigious venues, including the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management, the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong, and CCH Executive Events. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University, USA.

Dharmesh Naik.

Partner & Managing Director, Global Business

As Partner and Managing Director of licensed and regulated offices in Mauritius, Seychelles, and UAE, Dharmesh has led Acclime Global Business (previously OCRA Worldwide) since 2000. He brings extensive experience in the corporate and fiduciary services industry, having held various leadership positions at Acclime—a global provider of bespoke solutions for corporate structures, trusts, foundations, and funds. He also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director for a listed entity on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius, providing strategic oversight, guidance, and governance to the board and management.

A graduate of the University of Allahabad, Dharmesh’s core competencies include strategy, negotiation, business planning, international business, and mergers and acquisitions. He has successfully led complex, large-scale transactions involving cross-border and cross-cultural teams, clients, and partners. With two International Diplomas from ICA in Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering, he remains dedicated to delivering high-quality, tailored solutions that meet clients’ diverse needs whilst maintaining the highest standards of governance, risk management, and ethics.

Dharmesh holds the designations of Chartered Director and Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), International Fiscal Association (IFA), and the Institute of Corporate Governance in Mauritius. Additionally, he is a fellow of both the International Compliance Association (ICA) and the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD).

Zubair Bangash.

Country Head & Managing Director, Corporate Services & Tax Director, Acclime Australia

As Managing Director of Acclime Australia’s Corporate Services Division, Zubair leads the tax, accounting, and payroll teams while serving as the primary tax adviser for clients’ Australian entities. Known for his accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism, he expertly guides clients through Australia’s complex tax environment.

Before joining Acclime Australia, Zubair spent over seven years as Director of Client Services at a major professional services firm, helping multinational companies expand globally. His career includes senior advisory and tax compliance roles at both an international practice and a corporate mid-tier firm. He also gained valuable experience in smaller chartered accounting practices, providing business services to local private clients.

Zubair is an Associate Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and a Chartered Tax Adviser of The Tax Institute. He holds both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Commerce in Accounting.

Hugh Darwell.

Managing Director, Acclime Cambodia, Business Development

Hugh is based in Phnom Penh and is the Managing Director of Acclime Cambodia, as well as a Director in the regional Business Development team. His role is to assist clients to understand the local rules and regulations as they look to establish their businesses in jurisdictions across Asia, with a particular emphasis on Cambodia. Given his prior experience of spending over 25 years in tax structuring in Investment Banks, he can assist clients find the optimal structure for their expansion into Asia.

Prior to moving to Cambodia and joining Acclime, Hugh spent 14 years in Singapore, most recently at Vistra for 4 years as the head of the Corporate Services Business Development team. Prior to that, he ran the Asian regional Structured Solutions and Securitisation team for ING Bank, which involved putting together tax effective investment structures and efficient funding structures for clients in the region. An Australian by birth, Hugh commenced his career at Peat Marwick, before spending 17 years at JPMorgan Chase in Sydney, first as head of tax for Australia and then ultimately leading the Asia Pacific Structured Finance team.

Hugh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Sydney. He has completed the Diploma in Cambodian Tax and Diploma in Cambodian Business Law courses at the Cam-Ed Business School in Phnom Penh.

Karim Saleh.

Partner & Country Head, Acclime Indonesia

Karim serves as the Country Head of Acclime Indonesia, formerly known as Magna Praxis.

With nearly four decades of distinguished expertise in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, corporate information systems management, business and management consulting, and business process outsourcing industries, Karim has established an impressive career. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated unwavering dedication to client service and operational excellence, consistently delivering outstanding results. As the founder of Tassaxia, a highly successful payroll services company, Karim has showcased his entrepreneurial prowess. His professional journey includes leadership roles at renowned organisations such as IBM, Oracle, Arthur Andersen, and Ernst & Young. Currently, as head of the Payroll Services division at Acclime, Karim utilises his extensive experience to optimise operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Karim holds a degree from Bandung Institute of Technology.

Alicia Tiong.

Country Leader, Acclime Malaysia

Alicia joined Acclime through the acquisition of her former company, Hazeldex, in October 2020.

With over 15 years of experience, Alicia specialises in accounting, payroll, and business advisory services for private companies and multinationals in Malaysia. Beginning her career at PwC, she later became a licensed audit partner at a local firm, where she served clients ranging from startups to established SMEs.

Alicia earned her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University Australia. She is a CPA (Australia) and a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Marla Aquino-Batallones.

Country Head, Acclime Philippines

Marla is a corporate lawyer with a decade of experience gained from the knowledge process outsourcing industry. She has led numerous teams in providing corporate services to clients worldwide, from start-ups to law firms and multinational corporations.

Before joining the Acclime group, Marla served as Chief Operating Officer at DocSpark Solutions, managing operations and leading offshore services for foreign clients. She previously worked at Odin Legal Intelligence specialising in eDiscovery and contract management for US and EU companies. Marla also served as Legal Counsel for one of the Philippines’ largest retail chains, specialising in corporate governance and labour law. In 2015, she joined a legal process outsourcing company as Senior Attorney, overseeing quality control for renowned law firms and investment companies in the US.

Marla earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies with Minors in Global Politics and Hispanic Studies from the Ateneo de Manila University. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law and was subsequently admitted to the Philippine Bar.

Rajiv Kumar Singh.

Managing Director, Acclime Middle East

As Partner and Managing Director of Acclime Middle East, Rajiv leads the organisation’s operations across the Middle East Region. With over two decades of extensive experience in business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and business development throughout the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) region, the Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia, Rajiv brings invaluable expertise to the role.

His distinguished career in the global corporate services industry encompasses market expansion, successful acquisition leadership and integration, and establishing robust capabilities in corporate, alternative investments and capital markets for leading global corporate service providers. Prior to joining the corporate services industry, he held several positions with prominent global banks in corporate and private banking.

Rajiv holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies, specialising in Finance from the University of Mumbai, India. He is fluent in English and Hindi, with conversational proficiency in Urdu, Gujarati and Marathi.

Rizwan Khan.

Managing Partner, Acclime Vietnam

Rizwan has over 25 years’ experience across diverse industries and has worked with international companies in Vietnam for more than 14 years in corporate services, education and manufacturing sectors. He is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive educational background, holding numerous qualifications from the USA, UK, Australia and Pakistan in accounting, audit, finance, company secretary, cybersecurity and data privacy. He served as the founding president of the IMA Vietnam Chapter from 2018 to 2022.

At Acclime, Rizwan oversees accounting, tax and licensing services. With his extensive background in technology and finance, he delivers additional value to our key clients. His vision is to position Acclime Vietnam at the forefront of technology-driven corporate services, enhancing efficiency whilst meeting Vietnamese compliance requirements.

Prior to joining Acclime Vietnam, he served as CFO and CIO in the manufacturing industry, gaining expertise in supply chain management, lean six sigma and ISO implementation. A frequent speaker at international conferences, particularly on technology in accounting and finance, Rizwan is passionate about education and actively engages in both academic lecturing and professional training.

Julie Lim.

Group Director – People and Culture

Julie Lim serves as the Group HR Director at Acclime, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources across various industries. In her role, she oversees the development and execution of HR strategies that support Acclime’s mission to build a dynamic, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Before joining Acclime, Julie held HR leadership and regional roles, leading initiatives in organisational development, change management, employee engagement, and talent development. Her work has significantly enhanced HR functions across multiple organizations.

Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Western Sydney University. She is a Certified Career Coach, Certified Behavioural Consultant (DISC), and Senior Professional of the Singapore Institute for HR Professionals (IHRP-SP).

Pornpun Kistenfeger.

Country Manager, Acclime Thailand

As the Country Manager of Acclime Thailand, Pornpun leads and oversees business operations and drives growth for the Thailand office. Her responsibilities encompass strategic leadership, operational management, client relations, and delivery of top-quality services to all clients.

With over 12 years of industry experience, she has helped businesses successfully establish and expand in Thailand. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence ensure clients receive unparalleled support, enabling them to focus confidently on their core operations.

Pornpun holds a certificate in International Taxation from the Thailand School of Tax and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Assumption University.

Morgan Gordon.

Country Head, Acclime USA

Morgan currently serves as the Country Head and VP of Operations at Acclime USA, where she oversees the company’s strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Her responsibilities include managing the profit and loss, driving cross-border collaboration with other business units, and elevating Acclime’s brand presence in the U.S. market. She also leads technology integration initiatives and manages team performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Prior to joining Acclime, Morgan built her career at Corporation Service Company (CSC) starting in 2018. She quickly advanced from a customer service representative to a specialised role providing white glove services to high-profile clients. During her three-year tenure in this position, she contributed to the program’s growth and developed its comprehensive training curriculum for corporate compliance customer service.

Morgan pursued her education at Goldey Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware, and completed her studies at Arizona Western College in Yuma, Arizona.

Eddy Herbert.

Group Commercial Director

Eddy is based in Yangon, Myanmar, and serves as Commercial Director on the regional team. He leads commercial strategy and client engagement for market entry and expansion across Asia, with a focus on Singapore, Myanmar and Laos.

With over two decades in professional corporate services and outsourcing, Eddy helps clients identify the right structures and commercial models for growth in Asia. He combines deep regional knowledge with hands-on commercial leadership across pricing, partnerships, and go-to-market execution. Before Acclime, he co-founded a business services group operating in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, which he continues to oversee and which complements Acclime’s Southeast Asia footprint.

Eddy started his career in London before moving into emerging markets as an entrepreneur. That mix of corporate and founder experience shapes how he runs commercial teams – pragmatic, revenue-focused and resilient through pandemics, political shifts and market cycles.
