Who Can Submit a Request?
Authorised Signatories: Only Authorised Signatories listed in the Master Key System are able to submit and approve key order requests.
Non-Authorised Signatories (eg. Tenant): If you are not the registered Authorised Signatory, you can still submit an restricted key order request. However you will need to provide the authorised signatory’s name and email address so the request can be sent to them for review and approval.

$33.00 (incl GST) per key
Key Type 2 - Premium Restricted Key Type
$41.80 (incl GST) per key
Key Type 3 - High Security Key Type
$49.50 (incl GST) per key

Payment Information
All orders must be paid in full before keys can be processed.
You can pay via credit card or yourAccess Hardware Trade Account (ensure account is active)
Delivery or Collection Options
Delivery: Sent to you or your nominated person/address.
In-store Collection: Free pickup from any Access Hardware branch.
You must nominate the collector in the order form and Collector must present valid ID upon pickup.
Processing Time & Notifications
Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days after authorisation and payment has been made.
The person nominated on the form will receive an SMS or email notification once they key is ready for collection or has been dispatched.
Lock Change or Installation Request
If you are the Authorised Signatory, you can also request a lock change or new installation using the form.
If you are not the Authorised Signatory, you cannot request lock changes or installations through this form. If installation work is required, please speak with your Facilities Manager or Project Manager for approval, and then contact our team on 1800 555 700 to discuss further.
