Accace » Accessibility statement | Accace Group
Accace is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of our websites in line with applicable accessibility standards and best practices.
This Accessibility Statement applies to the Accace Group’s public websites that share a common design system and technical platform, including accace.com and selected localized Accace domains. This includes websites that provide access to e-commerce functionality operated by the Accace Group, which represents the primary area of applicability under the European Accessibility Act.
The Accace websites aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as referenced by the European standard EN 301 549.
Based on recent assessments, these websites are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial compliance means that some content or components may not yet fully meet all accessibility requirements, as described below, but improvements are actively ongoing.
To support accessibility, Accace has taken the following measures:
Accessibility has been assessed using a representative sampling approach, including:
Testing was conducted using automated accessibility evaluation tools and manual keyboard testing. The assessment focused on interfaces that support user interaction with Accace services, including navigation paths leading to contact or e-commerce functionality.
Despite our efforts, some accessibility limitations currently exist. These may include, for example, insufficient color contrast in certain design elements (such as buttons or text links) and some interactive components (such as carousel elements) that may present challenges for assistive technologies.
Accace is actively working to address these issues as part of ongoing improvements, including design adjustments and component-level fixes. Further accessibility assessment of additional website sections, including e-commerce pages, is planned as part of this process.
If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using an Accace website, or if you require information in an alternative format, please contact us using the details below:
