War Robots is a game of battles between mechas, where you can dive into intense team multiplayer battles and unleash the power of these technological beings. Not only can you destroy tons of enemies to rack up countless victories with your squad as you fire projectile upon projectile in each battle, but you can also opt for an interesting free-for-all mode where you'll fight solo.

Fluid, thrilling PvP combat

In War Robots, you'll find a main menu that, unlike other robot war games, will quickly immerse you in your first PvP battles. In this sense, the title will automatically match you with your teammates to form a powerful squad of six mechas. After this, you just have to touch the two on-screen joysticks to move freely through each 3D setting, all the while opening fire from different distances.

My experience playing War Robots

After installing War Robots on my POCO F5, I enjoyed a quite satisfactory gaming experience. While moving my first robot, I could almost feel the mecha's weight, thanks to the good movement physics, and I found the controller's response when firing ammo from the integrated cannons to be very dynamic. This wasn't the classic mindless run-and-gun shooter, but a team-based shooting game where you have to find openings and use well-aimed long-range shots to hit specific, well-hidden enemies.

What I liked most about War Robots and what could be improved

• What I liked most: being able to unlock more than 50 robots and hundreds of weapons and module combos. Plus, having everything from the classic 6v6 to the chaotic free-for-all mode makes each match even more fun.

• What I would improve: not using the game's in-app purchases can make it difficult to beat the robots of players who do pay to unlock the best resources.
