Wsu nexus is the Wayne State chapter of ACM's series of events. They will mostly be hackathons but we plan to bring recruitors, presentors, and other events to help students find careers and build their resume.

This month we are hosting a November hackathon which will only be open to Wayne State students, as it is our first event its not at the same scale as we expect our upcoming events.

Looking forward we plan to host another, more professional hackathon in Feburary so be sure to keep in touch!

• Project scope
  ● How extensive/comprehensive is the project scope relative to other projects? ● To what degree was the scope completed. ● Is the amount of work required to conduct the project more or less than the other projects.
• Project functionality
  ● How functional is the resulting project.
• Devpost activity
  ● How well are the project functions described?
• Github activity
  ● Did the group make timely and regular updates to Github?
• Project video
  ● How well does the video describe the project? ● How well does the video introduce the project concept? ● How well does the video show the product? ● Does the video show all the functionality of the product?
• User interface
  ● Is the user interface well organized with good readability and proper spacing? ● If there are multiple screens, does one flow naturally to the others? Note that there is a separate award for the quality of the user interface.
