Peace is like a wish

Photo by Jeswin Thomas on Pexels.com

Peace is like a wish,
Yearn yet hard to earn,
Even a second seems fecund,
And for forever is like ever,

Peace lies in different forms,
It is made some are born,
Some comfort, some in torn,
Mine is forlorn,

Dear life,
Will I thrive?
Found peace,
And solace.

Some songs stopped haunting me

Photo by Wendy Wei on Pexels.com

Some songs stopped haunting me,
It’s no longer on repeat,
Filled my head with echoed choruses,
And my body moves to the beat,

No longer whistling,
To the catchy tunes,
Or some cut-deep words,
And feeling defeated,

Maybe, I’m moving on,
Maybe, in a new phase,
Maybe, I’m healing,
Maybe, I grew tired of it.

Ally’s Thoughts: Feeling Stuck In Life Is Okay

Photo by Daria Obymaha on Pexels.com

Hi friends and readers,

Have you ever been in a situation where you feel stuck? You feel kinda lost. You don’t know what you want to do or where you want to go next in life. You don’t feel like making any progress and stagnant. That is okay. And that is totally alright.

I am like that too. If you’ve been reading my previous Ally’s Thoughts posts. Or ever since I started this blog, it is always about figuring out my life and purpose. I feel I am as human as I can be by feeling and experiencing all the things that happened. All the good things and the bad. There are some mistakes and regrets but I’m still here wearing my scars like accolades all over my body.

I’m not gonna lie. Some days are fine. Some days are just horrible and overwhelming. I lost count of how many times I cried alone on my bed for the past months. Especially when I have to go through all of it alone. Some matters can be really hard and challenging for me.

I believe what matters most is what we want to do after that. I’ve been trying a lot of things and exploring a lot as well. I remember talking about the topic of progress with my therapist last week.

“A step is still a step forward. Regardless if it’s big or small. It’s okay.”

So, if you are feeling stuck in life right now, it’s alright. It’s also okay to take your time in figuring out things.

You can also take your first step by having a life coach. You, yourself can be a life coach as well. You can learn how to navigate your life and master the skills needed. I wonder what you do

I’ll write it down again and again,
Even if it will never be sent,
The letters that speak my heart,
When our souls are worlds apart,

Why is it so hard to go through?
Why is hard to forget you?
Was it something that I do?
Or was it someone you compared me to?

If this letter finds you,
I wonder what you do.

I’m Ally, Your Transformation Ambassador!

Hi friends and readers! How are you?

I have good news to share. I am now a Transformation Ambassador. So now, I can give you 50% OFF for any Transformation Academy courses and their monthly and yearly membership. So, stay with me.

I always shared my thoughts on life and how I grew, learned my lesson, made mistakes, and experienced things here. Sometimes things didn’t go as planned, and my life turned upside down. Worst, I feel lost too.

So, I need to do something with my life. I need to be able to navigate my life, or I’ll be lost forever. Then, I remember the times when I worked in the corporate world. I’ve had the chance to participate in the self-development program sponsored by the company. The most memorable one was the self-actualization program that I tagged in.

It made me think about the trainers. How do they get there? How do they able to coach and facilitate the program? I was curious because I managed to talk to some of them and learned that they came from various backgrounds.

I didn’t think much about it back then. Now, I feel inspired and would like to have the skills they had for my own. After some research, I found the one that suits me. That is Transformation Academy, founded by Joeel and Natalie Rivera.

I am currently completing the Certified Master Life Coach program and am halfway through. I started the program in April and learned a lot. For now, I’m focusing on the need to coach my life first because that is my priority. However, it doesn’t stop me from sharing this program with you.

If you want to become a certified life coach, this is a perfect opportunity! Make a difference today and help others now. Today, I’ll be helping you by giving 50% OFF from any of their programs and their membership too!

First, visit their Niche Life Coach Catalog and find which program suits and speaks to you. You can access the catalog using the link here. Or the one below.

I remember sitting on a bench

Photo by Jeswin Thomas on Pexels.com

I remember sitting on a bench,
Outside of a mall,
Just to feel the breeze and the moment,
That I’m given,

While holding a savory bread,
And a bottled iced jasmine tea,
I feel like the loneliest person on earth,
But it’s not bad at all,

I took my time,
I sat there for a while,
Looking at all the cars,
And people come and go,

Everyone has their own life to live,
I’m the only one sitting there,
Enjoying myself with the view,
I felt peaceful and content,

Like I’m living in a fantasy,
On a weekday afternoon,
Until it’s time to go,
Back to reality I never want to return.

How would I describe this feeling eating inside of me?

Photo by Juan Pablo Serrano Arenas on Pexels.com

How would I describe this feeling eating inside of me?
Would it be better if everything is plain and numb?
I experience too much and I feel too much,
But I’m just living like a human should be,

Every time I think about all the things eating me up,
I just want to slow down and lie down for the rest of my life,
What is this phase in my life that I have to go through?
I don’t believe that I still have the strength to go on,

My therapist said that I’m not alone,
Yet, this is too hard,
Yet, this is too tiring,
I can only say all these in lines,

As much as I have to admit,
I’ve been holding on to something called hope,
Why does this hope come with pain?
And all the struggle that came down with it?

There is no answer for me,
All I can do now is to let it be.

That no one will ever understand

Photo by cottonbro studio on Pexels.com

Listen closely,
To the beat of your own heart,
It tells a story,
That no one will ever understand,

Reach out to the sky,
But don’t count the times you fall,
What do you feel when you try,
That no one will ever understand,

Dance to the moment,
Even when the music is nothing but the wind,
As long as you are in the present,
That no one will ever understand.

I’ll break too

Hey,
Have you seen where you are?
Take a break and look back,
How far have you walked since then,

Hey,
Did you see that?
The countless pits and holes,
You’ve stumbled and fallen before,

Hey,
It’s okay to cry,
It’s alright to feel,
We can’t always be the strong ones,

Hey,
I’m just like you,
When life is too hard,
I’ll break too.
