Leaving scars never healed

I have so many things to talk about,
But I rather talk about my feelings and thoughts,
Because it’s the closest war to home,
I’m a soldier in this war, alone,

It has been going on for so long,
Trying to survive every bullet shot,
Every ambush in every corner and field,
To see and feel another sunrise,

I’m still not used to this fear,
In a war without a sign of victory,
Who are the enemies,
Only me and my phantoms,

But the wound inflicted,
Leaving scars never healed.
