Will I own my portal?
Yes. Your WP Portals site is built entirely on WordPress, following established best practices. You own the code, the hosting, and the design. Even though it’s connected with Power Automate, your portal remains an independent business asset.
What are the requirements?
You will need a new or existing WordPress website running version 4.7.0 or higher. On the Microsoft side, you will need a Power Automate Premium license.
Can I manage the portal myself after it’s built?
Yes. WP Portals is built on standard WordPress concepts, so your in-house team or any WordPress agency can take over day-to-day updates and growth. You’re never locked into our services for ongoing management.
What is WP Connectr?
WP Connectr is a free WordPress plugin by reenhanced that connects your WordPress site to Microsoft products through a certified Power Automate connector. It lets you display and interact with your Microsoft data inside WordPress using familiar WordPress tools.
What is WP Connectr Pro?
WP Connectr Pro builds on WP Connectr with advanced features like Power Automate triggers, solution import/export from Dataverse, and support for complex data relationships between custom post types. It’s designed for businesses that need deeper automation and more complex portal functionality.
Can I buy WP Connectr Pro on its own?
Not yet. At this early stage, we’re only offering WP Connectr Pro as part of WP Portals. This ensures we can work closely with each customer to make sure the solution meets and exceeds the needs of our most demanding use cases. Once we’re confident in that, we’ll open WP Connectr Pro for direct purchase and self-service setup.
What types of portals can I build with WP Portals?
Our customers use WP Portals for secure client dashboards, partner/vendor access, membership systems, project tracking, and more — all backed by their Microsoft environment for security and data integrity.
How secure is WP Portals?
Only the data you share to your WordPress site is at risk. All other data remains stored in your Microsoft environment. The portal connects securely via the certified WP Connectr connector, with authentication and permissions controlled by your Microsoft tenant.
Data that you share to your WordPress site should be protected using well-proven plugins such as MemberPress to manage access at a user or role level.
What is the typical timeline for a WP Portals implementation?
Most projects launch in weeks, not months. Because we use established WordPress concepts and proven Microsoft integrations, we can move quickly without compromising quality and with more flexibility than you might expect from other systems.
I am an agency or enterprise. Can I get WP Connectr Pro?
