Our companion WordPress plugin is provided free of charge and is required to connect your WordPress sites to the Service. The plugin:

  • Syncs site data (WordPress version, PHP version, plugins, themes, and admin users) to the Service
  • Facilitates one-click login by generating time-limited authentication tokens
  • Communicates with the Service using HMAC-signed API requests

You are responsible for keeping the plugin updated and properly configured. We are not responsible for issues arising from outdated or modified versions of the plugin.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data and secure the Service. However:

  • You are responsible for the security of your own WordPress sites
  • You should use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
  • One-click login tokens are short-lived and single-use; you should not share them
  • We are not liable for security breaches caused by vulnerabilities in your WordPress sites, hosting environment, or third-party plugins

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Unplanned outages or technical issues
  • Factors beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
