On the show floor, you’ll find 500+ products across furniture, lighting, acoustics, flooring, materials and workplace technology, with leading brands such as König + Neurath, Pedrali, Sedus, Interface, Forbo, Tarkett and others unveiling their latest solutions.
The show also features immersive design installations created by Gensler, Area, Peldon Rose, The Furniture Practice, Kvadrat, M Moser, bringing the year’s theme Connected Realities to life through physical and digital experiences. Plus, join us for the Workspace Design Awards and Networking Party, where we will celebrate the world’s most creative workplace design projects.
Free to attend for trade professionals, the event takes place 24–25 February 2027 at the Business Design Centre, making it the UK’s essential workplace design event for anyone shaping the spaces where we work and collaborate.

Through intuitive digital interfaces, people can personalise elements such as lighting and colour, actively transforming the space around them. This interaction softens the boundary between user and environment, showing how future workplaces are shaped not only for people, but also by them.’

This stand explores Circularity through diverse products and where typologies speak from themselves, showing how materials move from raw to refined states.
Sustainability Feature by Future Works & MCM
The exploration of natural and synthetic materials reveals different circular pathways. Gamification and storytelling invite visitors to test circular routes, while the stand itself demonstrates a minimal waste exhibition concept focused on learning and experimentation.
Vitra Disassembly Competition at The Circular Hub
Designed by MCM in partnership with Future Works
The Circular Hub explores circularity through diverse products, where typologies speak for themselves, showing how materials move from raw to refined states. As part of this experience, Vitra invites visitors to take part in a timed challenge: disassemble the Mynt Chair as quickly as possible.
The competition runs daily from 9.30am to 3pm, with a live leaderboard tracking the fastest times. The quickest competitor each day will take home a £250 cash prize.
