Our Journey

Workplus HCM did not begin as a software idea. It began as a repeated observation.

For years, while working as HR advisors across the UAE, we sat in boardrooms with founders, HR managers, and finance leaders. We helped them design policies, restructure teams, manage payroll complexity, and prepare for audits. And one pattern kept appearing. Growing businesses needed structure. They needed automation. They needed compliance. But the tools available to them were not built for their reality.
Global HR platforms were impressive, but they were designed for different labour laws, different workforce structures, and different business environments. They often required heavy customization and long implementation cycles. At the same time, some local systems handled payroll and attendance, but lacked deep HR understanding. They processed data, but did not reflect best practice HR thinking. There was a gap.
