When selecting employees while creating a Time Sheet or logging real time, the  application became slow. Employee Groups were not filtering users. Job lists were appearing blank after users entered their pin. Training videos were not loading in the Training Center. 2.3.15 09/18/2025 • Some users were experiencing delayed loading times. • Employee Groups were not filtering users. • Job lists were appearing blank after users entered their pin. • Training videos were not loading in the Training Center. • When a device was deactivated while pending records remained, it bypassed the normal process and continually made sync request. 2.3.14 09/08/2025 • The mobile timesheet app was defaulting back to the preset after each entry rather than retaining the last selected Job. • When scanning an incorrect barcode, the app was not displaying the error, “Invalid barcode”, and when scanning a correct barcode, the app was not selecting the item attached to the barcode. • Fixed an issue where a Manager could submit time sheets when the Employee had no license. • Users were unable to see hours entered on Insight Mobile Productivity Sheet. • Users can now save Productivity Sheet successfully from the mobile app. • Fixed an issue where facial recognition was getting a red tag with no percentage number. • When an employee was assigned to a parent employee group, the Select Employee search did not display the employee under the parent group and the parent group, child groups, and employees in the child groups were not listed. • Users were experiencing delayed loading times when selecting a default Job on accounts with a higher volume of Jobs. 2.3.13 07/28/2025 A prior version containing essential updates was inadvertently overwritten and excluded from this update.
