Remaining hours can be rolled over to the next month only, as long as your plan is still active and/or renewed. Hours in excess of your plan are billed at the standard hourly rate of $150/hr.

A time tracking accounting system is used for all work and tracks all details of activities on your account. A report is available at any time upon request.

We take all necessary precautions when updating your website. We create a complete backup first and have it on standby prior to making updates. We make updates one by one and test between each. If an issue is to occur we resolve or restore the backup immediately.

We will respond within the same day to any request. Our goal is a maximum resolution time of one business day on a task requiring less than 2 hours to complete. Most times tasks are completed within minutes of being requested.

Anything web related is included in this maintenance plan; including web design, web development, content updates, images, video, social media and SEO.

Our support hours are 9am-5pm Eastern time zone in the United States.
