To further clarify, the blank screen problem happens when you select a particular form in the admin to edit the form.

Thanks for the quick reply! You are correct that we did not answer the prompt. Actually, we never saw (or noticed) the prompt, and on the Formidable Forms admin pages the prompt is hidden because the whole page is not visible.
We are using latest version of Formidable Forms (issue happens with both Pro and Lite versions).

There are many scenarios, such as people trying to build/offer company stores as a storefront to their products. Will be great if you can add this in WC Marketplace. For now, how can we get help/advice on doing the customization that we currently need? Thanks Zalin
