But in my case point 3 works for me.
I apologize to doubt HD quiz for that issue. Actually it was another plugin called IQ Block Country which was the main culprit. I deactivate that plugin and deleted all files related to that removed all unwanted ads from my site.
So, I like Wordpess to take quick action against this plugin called IQ Block Country asap.
Spamming in the name of security.
