There is always a string to translate: The plugin description at the plugin list of WP. https://i.imgur.com/NUrMn8w.png

In this case «Two way relationship fields» must be translatable.

Yes, the changelog look well now!

But the titles are still no available for translation

i.e. I can’t translate:

Version 1.1.8 – Tuesday, 3rd September 2019
