    Hello @iamjwal,

You shouldn’t need specific custom fields names from Sermon Browser if you have exported all of your data to a .CSV

In the Import Sermon documentation you would simply map the .CSV columns with the custom field names provided for Advanced Sermons. This maps the existing data in the correct location during the import process.

    Hello @firstandlast,

Unfortunately Bible Gateway is the only bible reference service built into Advanced Sermons at this time.

I know Bible Gateway is stating that they’re working on fixing the technical issue preventing service to those areas so hopefully they will find a solution soon.

    Hey Jason,

Just giving you a quick update that we have released the patch in UCD 4.7.

Have a great rest of your day and thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

@viablethought Now that we’re aware a patch was created last night by our team and will be release later this morning to remove the current vulnerability. All it is a the landing page button text fields needs to be sanitized so to not allow scripts so it not anything crazy and still requires admin access.

Again, sunsetting isn’t official but it is something we’re talking about internally due to our heavy workload. Security updates will still be made as normal until then.

    Hi Jason,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately we’re looking at possibly sunsetting Ultimate Client Dash due to our bandwidth not being able to give it the attention that it needs.

This isn’t a final decision but wanted to bring it to your attention in case you need to make plans with your websites.

    Hi Yani,

I noticed that you’ve updated the plans on your website, and we truly appreciate the way you’ve taken community feedback into consideration.

We’ve since updated our review and purchased a new plan. The cost of the plan was never the issue—your team has built an excellent product. Our feedback was simply about how the license was being marketed and the poor customer experience we encountered.

In the meantime, we tried a few other migration plugins, but honestly, none of them came close to the simplicity and reliability of All-in-One Migration.

Thank you again for listening to your customers and continuing to deliver such a great product.

    Best regards,
    Kevin W.

    Hi,

Your explanation of “unlimited use on your own websites” is vague and doesn’t hold up in real-world use. I have a few questions:

    • If we build a client site on a staging server under our domain (e.g., clientname.ouragency.com), does that count as our own website since technically it hasn’t passed on to the client yet?
    • If we host a client’s site on our servers, but they own the business and content, does that mean we still “own” the site under your licensing?
    • Where exactly is the line drawn between “ours” and “not ours”?

Also, how would you even logistically track this? If a company owns multiple sites or has a few sister companies, how on earth could you determine ownership without arbitrarily flagging or disabling license keys? That kind of enforcement/rule seems both overreaching and unreliable.

If the plugin is marketed as “unlimited use,” then vague restrictions about ownership—especially when there’s no way to accurately verify it—just creates unnecessary confusion and frustration for all parties involve which is where I think a lot of your users are having difficulties with based on your reviews funneling in.

At the end of the day you didn’t loose our sale due to your marketing on unlimited sites, you lost a sale due to bad support, and again not address the issue like managing licenses installations on your Enterprise option which wasn’t ever addressed.

    Hi @ogbcashdown,

The header is something that is controlled by your active WordPress theme and Advanced Sermons does not change or modify this.

Looking at the source code it looks like you’re themes header has a transparent and non-transparent styling. When using the non-transparent heading the bottom row is set to white.

There should be a setting in your theme to change this, however, you can also change it with some CSS. If you’re not familiar with CSS, you can use the following to fix this:

    .non-transparent-header .site-bottom-header-wrap {
    background-color: #0d2441
    }

    Hello @occ311,

As mentioned in your support ticket that you submitted, this is due to your server not having enough resources and triggering a server 500 error and this is not an issue with our plugin.

As mentioned before, we recommend reaching out to your hosting company about increasing the resources on your hosting plan.

I am marking this as resolved as it has already been resolved in your support ticket.

I am joining this thread in hopes of also getting an answer on this.

With the conflict of WooCommerce PayPal Gateway a client got charged for a shipping label but with the critical error there seems to be no way to download the shipping label that was already paid for.

    Hello @tenserd,

First off, thank you so much for such a detailed review. Everything stated is extremely useful and you bring up some great points.

I know a lot of the cons have already been addressed in the development of the pro version, but there are a handful that I have not thought about before.

Now to address the elephant in the room. The pro version of this plugin has taken way too long. I am the lead developer here at WP Codeus and this was a passion project of mine as there really is nothing available like it in the WordPress community. With Covid our very small team got swamped like most agencies trying to assist small businesses to a digital present online. Since then, things haven’t slowed down much when it comes to our main source of income. This not only applies to plugin development, but also our primary business websites as well. We’re currently in the process of a complete redesign but as you know, usually client work gets pushed in front and these projects keep getting pushed back.

I can promise you that this is not a dead project and we’re about 80% complete with the plugin. From the current state the plugin has got a complete make over. We want to ensure that it is the best plugin that it can possibly be during launch so we’re not limited with the future growth of the plugin. Again, we’re not making this to get rich, but simply provide a solution that is not currently there in the WordPress community.

I would be more than happy to continue this conversation with you via a Google Meet and showcase the work that we have been doing and get some feedback for the final stretch.

One thing I am excited about that was recently included is the additional section shortcodes and page builder elements that we’re introducing to allow the injection of the proposal elements into any page builder/template. This gives way more flexibility than what the standard meta boxes can offer.

    Hey @nikov,

I do see that there are not proper translation for those elements.

I will have our team review and push an update with this fix as soon as we’re able to.

    Hello @nike,

When you setup a new translation, did you make sure to select the location of ‘System’? If you have anything else selected, it will not work properly.
