    Thanks for your reply, that is already unticked and it just happened again today, I’ve looked everywhere to refund the buyer faster than 7 days. 🙁

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your response, I have done the recommend things

    Its happened again to a customer, its come up as failed as they put the wrong address in but still charged him and then the refund takes a week to go back to him, this is really affecting my business here.

    Why if its failed does it still charge him for a week?

    This really needs to be fixed.

    Hi there,

    First of thanks all for helping!

    Using Woocommerce payments, so found out it does automatically refund them but not for like a week which really isn’t ideal, just need it to refuse payment if the postcode/zipcode isn’t correct.

    Hi there,

    Thanks but can’t seem to edit any options, I have logged into stripe itself and there is no options to edit and you can’t seem to edit anything on woocommerce payments

    All sorted kind of now! Site loads fine but if I inspect an image it still says d3e8bkvsg91ozk.cloudfront.net

    But plugins etc… pointing to cdn.example.com

    So not sure whats going on now
