Is this plugin supported anymore?
Spoke to our server provider and they said:
I have been able to reproduce the problem and found that your Gravity Forms script is adding an extra byte (0a in hex) to the start of the zip file which is causing it to be rejected by zip extractors.
I found that if I remove the extra byte from the start of the file the zip extracts normally. This is an application level issue
I did do that and it works for when people are logged out which is good. But I have different tier memberships on my site. Lets call them Tier 1 and Tier 2.
When they are logged in as tier 1 and trying to access content that is made for tier 2 can I also redirect globally to the same page. Right now its just going back to the default login page.

There are somethings I do not need to for this certain project. Like the some Table Headers such as Date and ID are not needed.
Also I do not need the ability for clients to close tickets when replying.
