I had a similar problem after clicking on “* Sub-directory URL structure: “ all pages display the error “Error 402: Subscription Inactive”. And even after disabling the plugin the problem persisted.
(It wasn’t supposed to be 15 days free? And what happens after 15 days if I don’t want to continue?)

I had to remove on the .htaccess

And then use this solution:
Go to WordPress Admin Dashboard > “Settings” > “Permalinks” > “Common settings”, set the radio button to “Custom Structure” and paste into the text box:/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

(and then you can go back to any structure of the permanent connections you had before)
