Actually, I developed this plugin in such a way that it will not mess-up with the original plugin so you need to copy all settings and custom links.
I have not developed it to copy settings from the old plugin but in my next update I will provide it, so wait for next release.

This plugin is really good and one of my clients also use it for all websites. So I thought to rewrite it with latest technologies and I have made new version of it called “SEO Links Generator” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/seo-links-generator/)
Please try that plugin and tell me if there are any issues, I like to resolve it.
