I know we resolved this via email, but I’ll just answer it here too in case any other people have the same issue.
Currently, API keys need to be linked up to a whitelabel. You can setup a free whitelabel here.
Once you have a whitelabel, just fire a quick email to partners@londontheatredirect.com telling them your API Application Name and your whitelabel id, and they’ll link them together. You can then track all commissions and sales performance through the London Theatre Direct partners platform.
