Thank you for choosing my theme.
If you wish to remove the underscore for homepage only, you can add this custom style

.home .divider-line {
display: none;
}

You can use this simple plugin to add custom styles https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/

Also it is possible to add a custom page template to remove the heading completely, I’ll include it in the next theme update.
