Update:
I deactivated every plugin but Koko, and the stats started showing. So I went through the process of activating them one at a time and the stats never went away.
So, kinda weird, but they are showing again after deactivating all of the plugins and reactivating them.
Solved I guess.

So, I have the podcast displaying, but it only displays the latest episode, not several like before the Spotify change.
So, they deactivated the Yoast plugin and it started working?
