Thanks for reporting! We have fixed the issue you mentioned and released the 1.0.2 update. Regarding compatibility with Pro, please keep only one plugin active—either Lite or Pro, since Pro includes all Lite features. Let us know if you have more questions or suggestions!

Please Follow This Steps,
Step 1 =
Go To the “Add Custom Roles” Tab and Create Custom Role For your “Employees” and Add Following Capabilities for that role –1. Activate Plugins
2. Edit Plugins
3. Manage Options
4. Edit Posts
5. ReadStep 2 = Go To Plugin Settings Tab and Add This User Role in “Enable Plugin For Other Roles” Section.

Please go to the plugin setting and just select ‘No’ option for “Track Mail Image” then check the mail. Please note that After disabling the Tracking image you’ll not able to get seen count for the any email.
