Yes, that is exactly what I meant – even in “All languages” mode you can only see the categories that are in the same language as the post you are editing.

I disabled Term Assignment, Synchronization and Mapping Replication and I can confirm it works fine for me right now.

Nothing else that I need so far, but I won’t hesitate to ask again if anything comes up 🙂
