Since this question concerns Elementor Pro, please note that we’re unable to provide support for Pro features through this forum.
For assistance with your issue, please reach out through the official Elementor Support channel.
Thank you for reaching out. There are no known reports of any issues after updating to version 3.33 that would affect this behavior on mobile devices.
Please try the following steps to rule out any local conflicts:
1. Clear all caches and temporarily disable any mobile optimization features from your cache or CDN plugin.
2. Go to Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Sync Library.
3. Temporarily deactivate non-essential plugins and test again, especially those related to blogging, affiliate tracking, link cloaking, redirections, or JS/CSS optimization. These can sometimes interfere with motion effects.
4. If the issue persists, test briefly with a default WordPress theme.@toad78 I understand you’re experiencing issues with the Slider widget. To better assist you, could you please share your site URL with us?
Thanks for sharing your feedback.
The CSS snippet you’re referring to is part of Elementor’s core styling framework and was added to ensure consistent behavior and accessibility across different environments and devices. Removing it globally could lead to layout and rendering inconsistencies for many users.
That said, we understand that theme developers may prefer to handle these styles independently. You can safely override or disable this snippet within your theme or custom CSS if you’d like full control over the styling.
We appreciate your input it helps us continue improving flexibility for developers while maintaining a stable experience for all users.
@gcextempora
Thanks for reaching out and for taking the time to share the details of what you’re trying to achieve. From what you described, it sounds like the issue is related to the way the shortcode is being inserted. When a shortcode is placed inside a basic HTML widget, it’s treated as plain code, and that can sometimes cause display or functionality problems — especially for elements that rely on scripts, dynamic data, or styling generated by Elementor.
To ensure the shortcode runs correctly and integrates smoothly with Elementor’s structure, we recommend using the Shortcode widget. Those widgets are built to handle WordPress shortcodes safely and prevent markup or script conflicts that can occur when they’re added manually through HTML.
If placing the same shortcode inside the Shortcode widget makes the slider work as expected, that confirms the issue isn’t with Elementor itself but rather with the method of insertion.
Please also note that we can’t provide support for custom code or third-party plugin integrations outside of Elementor’s native features, since those can vary in how they output content.
Give the dedicated widget a try and see if that resolves it — that’s the most reliable and supported approach.
@esaenz28 Thanks for reporting the issue with the Templates popup.
From your description, this looks like a conflict with ElementsKit Lite.
Please try the following:
- Deactivate all third-party plugins except Elementor (Core).
- Clear any caches and test the Templates popup again.
- If it works, reactivate your plugins one by one to find the conflicting one (likely ElementsKit Lite).
Please note that we cannot troubleshoot third-party plugins or themes directly, since we do not maintain them and cannot guarantee full compatibility with Elementor.
If this is the issue, I recommend contacting the ElementsKit Lite support team with the conflict details so they can provide a fix. If the issue persists after you rule out plugin conflicts, let me know, and please provide a URL, and I will take another look.
Thank you for your message. In most cases, issues with the editor not loading are caused by conflicts with other plugins or the active theme. To troubleshoot, please try the following:
- Temporarily disable all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro, then check if the editor works.
- If the issue persists, switch to a theme such as Hello Elementor and test again.
- If disabling plugins or switching the theme resolves the problem, re-enable them one by one until the conflict is identified.
If none of these steps help, please provide more details about the issue, along with a working URL where we can check it directly, as the one provided does not currently works.

It’s likely that your hosting provider or a third-party plugin is preventing the plugin from being deleted, which is why the delete option appears grayed out.

I understand you’re experiencing a PHP error. This is often related to server limitations. I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and asking them to increase the PHP execution time.
It’s possible that the combination of Elementor and other active plugins is taking slightly longer to process, and the current server settings may not be sufficient.

We haven’t heard back from you regarding the issue with the update. To help resolve this, I recommend the following steps:
- Temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins and try updating only Elementor.
- If the issue persists, deactivate and delete the Elementor plugin.
- Then, download a fresh copy of Elementor from the WordPress plugin repository and reinstall it from scratch.
Let me know how it goes or if you need further assistance—I’ll be happy to help!
Thank you for choosing Elementor.

I understand you’re trying to override a color using custom CSS. Since custom CSS—especially when using the !important attribute—typically has the highest priority in the styling hierarchy, it’s unusual that the color isn’t changing as expected.
To better assist you, could you please share the URL of the page and specify which element you’re trying to override? This will help me understand the situation more clearly and provide a more accurate solution.
Looking forward to your reply!

I’ve reviewed the issue mentioned in your ticket, but I was unable to reproduce it. The title for the Counter widget works as expected in the latest plugin version (3.31.1).
To help identify the source of the problem, I suggest temporarily disabling all plugins except Elementor, and switching your theme to Hello. This process can often reveal whether the issue is related to a plugin or theme conflict.

I understand the issue you’re experiencing with the display of currency symbols. This may already be resolved in a more recent version of Elementor.
If you haven’t done so yet, I recommend updating to the latest version—Elementor 3.30.2—as it may contain a fix for the problem. Once updated, please check if the issue persists and let us know.
We’ll be happy to assist further if needed.
To help resolve the issue you’re experiencing, I recommend fully deactivating and deleting all existing versions of the Elementor plugins, then reinstalling both Elementor and Elementor Pro from scratch.
Large version gaps between installed and updated plugin versions can occasionally cause unexpected behavior or crashes during the update process. A clean reinstallation ensures all files are fresh and eliminates potential conflicts.
Please also note that the latest version of Elementor is 3.30.2, so make sure you’re installing the most up-to-date release.
