In ‘Manage subscriptions’.

List all users then hover over a username & the options Edit/Delete/View/Subscriptions comes up. Clicking on ‘Subscriptions’ opens a page where the user can be removed from or added to the forums on the site.

Thanks. I’ve worked around the problem for now by putting a single user in a group.

Allow “Sort by IP status” in failed login page is set to ‘No’ (I’ve never changed it) — so that’s not what’s causing the problem.

The problem has now disappeared — I keep all the plugins up to date but haven’t made any other changes. Thanks for your help.
